We provide EPCI and marine logistics solutions to upstream, midstream and downstream operators around globe to support the world's growing energy needs.

Equatorial Tide was incorporated on June 17, 2020 as an EPCI solutions provider in the offshore and onshore environment. As a collaboration strategy, in year 2020, the company acquired substantial equity in Benuovo Ltd to grow and consolidate its regional market share.

In 2022 Equatorial Tide acquired a waterfront fabrication yard with a jetty facility in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, to support it Sub Saharan Africa operations.

In 2023, the company signed a joint venture agreement with Niagara Resources for marine assets collaboration. In 2023, the company went into exclusive collaboration agreement with Vortergy for underwater inspection and interventions. In 2023, Equatorial Tide went into Field Development Agreement with TSRL for Petroleum Prospecting License (PPL) first oil EPCI works.

To further support our growing market share, we have increased the size and capabilities of our marine assets and associated equipment as well as enhancing the onshore services required to support seamless marine operations.

Though the energy industry has witnessed significant changes over the last decade in response to climate, energy mix, technological and logistical challenges associated with the offshore terrain, the growth witnessed in the last few years is attributable to our mutidisciplinary workforce with exceptional skills, committed to working collaboratively towards a collective vision.
