In pursuit of technology domiciation, it invested in a waterfront fabrication facility in Port Harcourt, Nigeria to support Sub-Saharan Africa clients.
Recently, the company signed an exclusive agreement with Niagara Resources for marine assets collaboration. In the same vein, it has exclusive relationship with Vortergy for underwater inspection and inetrvention services. In 2023, the company signed a field development agreement with TSRL for first oil EPCI works.
