Our ethics and compliance programme is aimed at engraining the established Code of Conduct for the ease of managing compliance and other unethical behaviors at Equatorial Tide and dealings with our collaborators. Our Core Values and firm leadership resolve form the bedrock of our ethics programme. We have zero tolerance to bribery, corruption as well as other legal compliance areas such as competition/anti-trust, and tax evasion.
We have created various channels for expressing concerns, this is supported by our internal and external whistle blowing policy. Our employees are implored to exploit any of these reporting channels in the event of percieved unethical conduct.
At Equatorial Tide, our ethics and compliance programme also addresses Code of Conduct for vendors. This provides ethical guardrail for our vendors and provides conduct that our vendors must uphold during our working relationship. We are obligated to ensure that vendors comply with our Code of Conduct and ethical requirements.
